As long as our government continues to protect and promote sexual immorality; God will not allow us to stop global warming; to stop climate change!!!
People go to hell for eternity because of sexual immorality, unless they receive forgiveness from God through Christ. The more our government mainstreams sexual immorality, the more people will refuse to believe that they will go to hell for it; they will refuse to repent.
Our government is therefore in direct opposition to God by promoting sin!!!
excerpts from chapter 9 - Who Is God; God or the Weatherman?
"As Christians, we have a responsibility to stop apologizing for God and/or the acts of God. Could it be—is it possible—that one of the reasons that men will not repent during the judgments of God in the Great Tribulation period is because we Christians today spend so much time and verbal effort agreeing with the world about the source of these acts of God?
Are we helping to reinforce a misconception? Are we helping to reinforce the idea that Mother Nature is at work; that these things have nothing to do with God? Shouldn’t we stand with God on these basic and foundational truths of the Gospel? How is the rest of the world going to understand how God works in this world if we, who know God and His Word, aren’t willing to repeat what God’s Word claims in the Bible? According to the Bible, there are only two beings who can affect changes in the weather, God and Satan. Satan is only allowed to control the weather when God allows him to do so.
Today’s newspaper editors, commentators and others constantly say that Mother Nature is the one responsible for acts of nature, that God has nothing to do with anything that ever happens in nature. How do they know this? By what authority do they say these things? Is it the authority of Charles Darwin, who may have repudiated his own theory when he realized that he had a soon coming meeting to attend with his creator? Is it the authority of the common, everyday man and woman on the street? Are they saying these things simply because they know that they can get away with saying these things because many people will go along with such assertions?

As soon as one says that God did not bring this storm or that storm, then they are by default also saying that God is not in control of nature, all of nature. Therefore, the need for faith in God is immediately and dramatically reduced. Who are we to say that God is not in control of nature? Where did such an idea like this come from? Who do we think that we are to second guess God? But if one agrees with the Word of God, which says without question of any kind that God is in control of nature, then faith in God remains a very useful part of our lives; yes, even a necessity. In Acts Chapter 27 verses 21 through 25, we hear from the Apostle Paul telling an entire shipload of Roman soldiers and other prisoners (prisoners not unlike himself) that not a single person would die in the storm that they were caught up in on the seas. How could Paul have known this unless God had told him? How could God tell him such a thing unless God was able to control the outcome of the events, events which were occurring in a terrible storm? This incident of God’s grace occurred in the New Testament, after the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord. God was using the weather to turn all of those who were trapped in this storm to Him in repentance.
